What's actually different between the three plans?

The website itself is identical quality across all three — a complete custom build for your business. The subscription bundles hosting, a first-year domain, and edits into one low monthly cost. The payment plan and outright purchase get you full ownership of the site with no ongoing edits, hosting, or domain included — those are available separately if you want them later.

What happens to my domain after the first year?

On the subscription, your domain is free for year one. After that it renews at a flat ~$25/year, billed at cost — no markup.

What counts as an "edit" on the subscription?

Text changes, photo swaps, hours/menu/pricing updates, small layout tweaks — the everyday stuff. You get up to 4 per year. Bigger changes (like adding a new page) can usually be quoted separately.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Most people either start on the subscription and later buy the site outright, or start on the payment plan and add hosting/maintenance separately. Just reach out and we'll sort out the details.

Do I own the website either way?

With the payment plan or outright purchase, yes — the site is yours from day one, delivered up front, hosted wherever you like. On the subscription, the site is built for you and hosted by me for as long as you're subscribed — see below for what happens if you cancel.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your site comes down at the end of your current billing period. If you'd like to keep it, you can buy it outright at our standard outright price ($4,000) and take it with you — no need to start over from scratch.
